Do I pay a deposit?
No. You hold the date with a message and pay on the day, in cash, by QRIS or by bank transfer to our BNI account. We send the account details in the chat once the date is confirmed. If your plans change, tell us and we will move it.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes. The Mount Batur sunrise jeep is run with an English speaking driver. If you want to be certain for a particular day, ask us when you message and we will confirm who is driving.
What is not included in the price?
Entrance tickets to the attractions themselves are paid at each site, unless the trip page says otherwise. The Mount Batur jeep price does include the Kintamani and Batur area entrance ticket. The hot spring is not included on that trip.
Where do you pick up from?
Your hotel or villa, and we drop you back at the door. Tell us the area when you message and we will confirm the pick up time.
We are more than 7 people. What then?
The big car seats up to 14. Beyond that we send a second vehicle — message us with your numbers and we will quote it before you commit.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car on the day tours, which is why a group works out cheaper each. The Mount Agung sunrise hike is the exception and is priced per person, because every walker needs a place with the guide.
Do you do weddings and company events?
Yes. We arrange transport and the day itself for weddings, company gatherings and private parties. Message us with the date and how many people and we will put a plan and a price together.
Can we hire a motorbike instead?
Yes, we have bikes available. Ask when you message, either alongside a car booking or on its own.

What should I bring on the sunrise trips?
For Mount Batur, a camera, a jacket or sweater, walking shoes. For the Mount Agung hike, hiking shoes, a jacket, long pants and a camera. Trekking poles and head lamps are provided on Agung.
Can you build a day that is not on this list?
Yes, that is most of what we do. Waterfalls, ATV, diving, jet ski, an airport run, or the same driver for a week. Send us the day you want and we will price the car.
